THE JOB

Mobile and Web App Development:

• Design and develop high-performance and scalable mobile applications using React Native. React Native expertise is essential.
• Extend expertise to ReactJS for web application development, ensuring platform consistency.

Code Review and Mentorship:

• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

Cross-Platform Development:

• Leverage React Native for cross-platform mobile development, ensuring a seamless user experience on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Apply ReactJS skills for web application development, maintaining a unified codebase and user experience.

Backend Integration:

• Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement API endpoints, ensuring smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues in mobile and web applications.
• Optimize code and implement best practices to enhance overall application performance.
